Cancellation Policy :
We understand that life happens despite our need to FISH.
If life happens to you, let us know as soon as possible!
Cancellations made prior to 14 days on Day Trips/ 45 days on
Over-Night trips, will be refunded with only a 10% administration
fee for processing and bank fees accrued. Sorry folks, this is
the world we live in today. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip and
we CANNOT fill the seats, we will retain the full deposit. If we can fill
your seats, then only the 10% administration fee applies. If there is
a mechanical failure with your boat and we cannot accommodate you
on a comparable boat, we will refund 100% of your deposit and take
our fees out of the skippers. If Mother Nature decides no one gets to
fish then we will refund you 100% and take it in the shorts for you,
our beloved clients!
